I personally have mailed whispers to Evony that were sent to members of my alliance with blatent threats that their accounts would be hacked next. The ones I mailed via the Contact Us method are not even available to view anymore.

I would assume a company like Evony would have technical support people who should be able to see that their system has been hacked. So why is nothing being done about this?

I also agree that customer service is severely lacking in this game. This desperately needs to change!
