acer5200, I'm finding it extremely offputting that instead of offering any kind of constructive help in this thread you are basically telling me that I spent $20,000 on nothing and therefore can expect nothing. How reassuring for all of the paying customers out there who can see this thread.

The REAL GE, thankyou for your input, I have been doing some research and made some contacts. While I hope for a solution to this problem first, if none is forthcoming then I will pass my case plus evidence of various 'activities' that I have gathered together onwards to interested parties and retire from this game permanently.
