No, seriously. Go. Adious. Hasta never. I won't miss you and it will mean I won't have to listen to you snivel.
Then I'll be sure to stay just because now I know it bugs you. But do take a look around the forum at all the OTHER people leaving. So guess whether they or the devs are having the last laugh lol.

You mean instead of ridiculously easy? Yeah, I agree, that's a problem -- the problem is that we got our medals with an exploit and an unfair combat mechanism. Not that others won't be able to take advantage of the same flaw in the game mechanics.
    b) The big player cities that have 14K Towers and 2K rock are just about untouchable so only the smaller players are going to get hit in the coming panic to find resources.
And if you think you can feed your troops that way, feel free to spin your wheels. It won't do anything but invite payback later if some of those new players find the next big exploit.

    c) Players how have not yet got the 200+ attack/production lvl heros are going to find it very hard to create such heros while the big players get to keep theirs.
I agree. So many advantages have been grandfathered in that the devs might want to seriously look at resetting the servers.
    d) Big players are likely to find that they can use very large armies of Rams to get the same results, which is something smaller players will have problems matching as they do not have the same number of cities to produce resources at.
Good luck to them, but if they keep doing it with unescorted siege engines they can expect for that to be nerf'd too.

A good fix does not cause more problems across the rest of the game. As I have all of the above in place this change could be seen as an advantage as it limits the number of players I have to worry about in the game. In truth it's more likely to cause people to give up so the game/server just dies off.
I agree. Time to reset the server. The Solomonian solution here is likely the correct one. Let us get all the angst out of our systems and then start over with a clean slate.

Boy, that whole "vote with your feet" thing sure got vetoed in a hurry.

People posting here are mostly just venting their spleens. Some of them will really leave, many of them sincerely intend to do so but will be lured back. Frankly this is a game that thrives on turnover so I'm not sure the Devs consider that a prolem at all.

Every time you guys make a spiteful effort to work around and get your beloved freebie-farms back, the devs will stop you. It's just that simple.

My advice is stop trying to stretch the rules as far as they can go and jost enjoy the game. If you stop bending the rules past the breaking point you won't be as ***'d over when the devs close the loopholes you're using to try to get to the top.

What do you expect? I've glanced at his yahoo profile he feels he can show the world... He looks like a 39 year old guy living in his parents basement & maybe working part time at gamestop...

Anyways... These changes are in general net negatives & I'm waiting for these gloaters who feel fine about these changes to get attacked by people bigger than them. If any were still on my server I'd use up my overly fat troops on them...

This was against a regular human town, and until the change would have been some massive overkill.

Now, those towers will take out just about any massive army youthrow at them.

Not only can you not attack the barbarian cities, you can't attack human ones either, if they have even marginal defenses.
