I agree that this is a trivial issue for anyone to be wasting time on. But I can see why it is not. It is a roadside stand which means it is in highly visible public view. People see it all the time and some haters probably reported it.

Second, from reading the article it seems that all they need is a permit and some other small things in order to keep it going. So what's the big deal? Why don't they just get the proper permits? Unless someone in the city will not give them a permit???
