To help make my point, I will take the restaurant industry as an example.
How many chinese restaurants can you find that actually care about your "experience* of dining at their establishment? Very, very few. They're there to serve you food, and get your money; that's it. They don't share the north american philosophy of treating your customers right, or focusing on the atmosphere/experience. This is what they fail to understand: repeat customers can be an incredible source of income.
The same applies to their attempt with Evony. The game was nowhere near tested enough to be declared "live".. and these massive changes make that very evident. Giving people the impression that it's live.. accepting money for it, and then making unannounced changes with severe consequences makes it very clear they don't give a hoot about our "experience"... they just want our money.
Again, this post is not meant to incite hate, or be racist in any way. Chinese are very good at doing many things... but customer support, proper communication, and professionalism are not those things.
