Ideal Survival Shelter

You forgot the Axe someone will use to chop it down....

For a general-purpose survival shelter (bomb, zombie, nuclear, etc.) what would be your ideal survival shelter?

I would build a massive and complex living system in the deepest ocean. But not on the ocen floor for fear of a zombie digging under the ocean and up through my floor. So my living system will be suspended 2 miles below the surface of the ocean, 0.5 miles above the ocean floor. That way earthquakes won't faze me as well.
The only way to the surface is by way of capsule. That way I am 100% cut off and zombies like in BioHazard. Bombs and crap won't faze me. I can make trips to the surface for veggies and red meat. I can eat the produce of the sea with ease.
And the best part will be my spaceship built into the submerged ocean city. If things get rough I can blast into orbit and live in orbit. Then make trips back to earth for materials and food and stuff.
