    And away we go!

[QUOTE]I wonder, because I like to give second chances, if I try to bring up valid logical points, will I get valid, logical answers?[QUOTE/]
If you'd pay attention to what I say then you see a valid, logical, answer.

So the quadratic formula usually spits out two numbers. (And not even always. You can have it result in a single imaginary or real number.) That doesn't mean that those two numbers are somehow inexplicably paired, does it? After all, it creates about as many real answers as unreal, and we can't in anyway take that to mean that "real numbers always come in pairs," and we really can't take that to mean that there's two real dimensions, can we?
No, you cannot have a single imaginary number. Show me an equation, any equation, that has a lone imaginary number as a result and I will revise that section. Real numbers don't neccessarily come in pairs, but imaginary numbers always will.

Your leaps in logic are a little tiring, I'm sorry to say. With this logic, if there are 37 flavors fo ice cream, could there not be 37 flavors of cake?
If you read correctly you would have seen the key word if, meaning I'm going to play pretend even though it is impossible.

(This is kind of under the camp of: "The number of pirates in the world are decreasing. The amount of Global Warming is going up. Therefore, every time a pirate dies it causes Global Warming ot increase.)
First of all I can't see what you're doing here. Second, Global Warming does not have an amount; it is a condition.

Just because two things are parallel does not mean they are seperated by infinite distance, nor that that distance is empty. Another analogy: Take two parallel lines. I can draw them with exactly two inches seperating them. Does this mean that I must cross an infinite emptiness in order to get from one to the other?

Now take two parallel planes. I construct them with exactly two inches between them... I think you get the point.
Infinity doesn't neccessarily mean a large number; it means something can have no and. Infinitely large or infinitely small, if you will. The reason I said the space between any parallel universes is empty is because anything outside our universe cannot affect us...if you can prove me otherwise, I would love to see the proof. Just so we're clear, you can travel as far as you want and you'll never make two things that are parallel cross.

Please, don't argue with me for the sake of arguing, and don't disagree with me just because I believe in it. Surely we must have some common belief?
