They aren't responding because what you say is largely irrelevant. They know that the forums are a small percentage of players, and the most vocal ones.
What they do after each patch is sit back and wait a few days to see how the community responds in gameplay. They will then further tweak the game in an attempt to create further balance. This is ultimately the best and most effective way to see what effect a patch will have. Should it have been done in beta? Perhaps, but I'll leave that for other people to argue.
Listening to feedback is an exercise in futility. What each player "wants" is a game that will maximize their personal style of play. It can't be all things to all people.
