Thread: Evony dropped the ball

    Default Evony dropped the ball

to keep this from being a long post ill keep it short i was being hit by 2 waves 4 seconds apart 1st wave was a scout bomb and second wave was a archer wave. i camped 2 reinforcing waves to arrive before the hits. 1st one arrived on time to defeat the scout bomb but second arrived 1second after his second his hit making me lose. how is it possible my time was pushed behind his when i sent it to arrive 2seconds before the 2nd hit and his attack landed 1 second earlier than it was suppose to? not sure if evony's clock glitched but would love to speak to someone about it

Sometimes servers are off by a few seconds, don't cut it so short next time. If you want to do it then do it, don't wait till the last second.

to be honest im not ranting just asking a question and if the clock was "off its rocker" then the 1st one would have messed up like the second. also im not lagging and i watched the arrival time and remaining time for the full 57mins of the hits.

thank you for response but too bad it doesnt help

I know it's already been said but it's true. The clocks are off a few seconds because my attacks always hit a few seconds earlier than the arrival timer shows. Sucks you lost your towers and troops but be sure to send your rein several seconds early. "Arrival timer"
Please feel free to "Red Rep" me, I wants it!

Everytime i log in my clock is off by 1-30 seconds( in addition to my time zone)

For this example I will assume Central time zone.

So to check this i attack i few targets then i go to the march window and check the arrival times

say I see the attacks land at

    20:00:14

    20:01:00
    and
    20:02:45

Then i check the war reports and see they actaully landed at
    20:00:19 20:01:04 and 20:02:50

So off by 5,4,and 5 seconds

Since you cant i adjust more percisley than by the second. You can use 5 seconds for your adjustment.

So say u want a reinforcement at exactly 20:00:00

Send from your rally spot for 19:59:55 (5 second adjustment)

Then (MOST IMPORTANT PART) go to reports army movement and check that the arrival time says 19:59:55, this should land you at 20:00:00 server time.
