as for HC's, its not that hard. I know whereof I speak, having taken 5 HC's solo, including a 14. I still see many HC's surrounded by players or alliances, and they have been that way for months. Seeing the same on your server?

My own opinion is that Age 2 players tend to be overly cautious almost to the point of cowardice vis a vis HC's, and give up way too easily. Sounds like server NA3 is no different with the exception of the outlaws under dirty harry
On server Na4 initally, yes, players were very cautious and played it like it was Age I. As in joining the strong alliance, strong alliances trying to scare others into joining. Etc...

But ever since Vengence took Atlantis on Na4 rebellion forces have started to grow. Server Na4 is now just beginning to come alive. Players are now just beginning to play Age II like it was meant to be played on server Na4... and that is hitting player owned historicals to overthrow the oppressor of the land. Without a dominant alliance there would be nobody to fight. We need a top alliance on every server. We need an Atlantis owner on every server.It gives players reason to fight. It gives players goals besides beating down some computer generated city. After Atlantis gets taken and some state capitals, we get to actually fight real life players in a style similar to Age I.
