    I just want to know when things are going to be stable for a while. The numbers I was using successfully yesterday are no good today, and this seems to change daily now. What exactly is the rubric for the casualties while attacking NPCs going to be? I sent more at the same level with the same hero and took more casualties. Why?

    I'm not playing Evony again, if all 25+ NPC's I've made are gone at 03:15ish AM server time! 17th june 2009

    It cost me too make them! ffs!, and they stopped "encroachment"


    If I have troops to feed, and all my targets are

    either too far (food to send),
    or so small (costs more food to send, than what they return with)
    . . . . . . . . and(you lose honour if theres no troops there to defend)!

    Npc's are the only other option (if I'm wrong, please correct me!) {no market BS!}please?

    the bonus's from the npc's but, . .

    I origionally built them too stop players building on my doorstep, then attacking me, "from over the fence"

    Where is the formal announcement about the change in food cost for marching and reinforcement? I have lost 600million food (That's right, that's not a typo) to reins and transfer troops. There is a bug report forum but there haven't been a reply for all the reports so I assume this is a new patch.
    Please make a formal recognition of this as either a patch or a bug and a promise day to fix it.

    I have also lost a ridiculous amount of food for transporting and reinforcing troops. How can we afford 10million food to send a small wave to our Allies? You already nerfed npcs, ballista, horseback riding in combat makes all seige move faster in battle.

    If your not **MOD EDIT** about this, you adviously didnt lose ballistas, or cant even produce enough to make a differance. 45k ballistas gone, 7200 Transports gone, 2500 catapults gone. EAT THE PEANUTS out of my **MOD EDIT** if you think thats ok!! Change something WITH OUT notice that would leave detrimental loses to the Evony communitee, dumb dumb dum!!

    24 hour notice from here on out? Give me a friken break, I dont play this Crappy game to come to the forums every day to listen to noob1 **MOD EDIT** about this, or noob2 flaming someone for posting what they feel. DO IT IN GAME, since IT IS AN ONLINE GAME with an INGAME MAIL system!!

    When it takes 24 hours to build 700 ballista, how is it 'fair' to give us a 'behind the scenes notice 24 hours in advance? It's not even the 24 hrs just to build the ballista... it's the 100's of hours it takes building all the lvl 9 barricks + all the supplies it takes to build the barricks + the ballista + the tech..... the whole ballista strategy takes weeks of preparing.... but in an unnoticed flash it's changed?
    I don't frequent the forums and would never think of actually investing money in something that can change at a moments notice. I play the freaking game and have lasted through server outs while losing cities.... and to think that the noob's should have one thing to complain about????? that's insane.

    Dawnseeker, it's an improvemnet to advise in advance of changes but the devs should consider what player implications the changes will have. Like the scout nerf...plenty got rid os scouts only to have to build them again. Like killing everyone's balista without giving us replacements...there's two examples. But these changes in NPC farming are really skewing the game too. Most flats are having to be taken up by players to dump level 5 NPC's in them but there are higher level NPC's which will never be attacked as long as Barbarians can regenerate troops and towers at the speed of light!!!

    Question: I attack a level 7 NPC.....I lose 8k balista and 20k troops. I can't re-attack because my troops are dead and whilst the NPC has regenerated immediately, mine will take all day. What purpose does it serve to throw our troops away when this is happening? You might say use more troops and send wave attacks.....and that would work but only if timed right and the player is prepared to accept horrendous losses.....How is this "balanced"?

    Consequently, players will most keep hitting low level NPC's and the higher levels are simply taking up space on the board. Why on earth do the devs no get it sorted so a player CAN attack a high level NPC without having to lose all his troops? All they have to do is to adjust the regen time on Barbarian troops so players don't have to face the same amount of towers everytime and can recover their losses in time to make a "balanced attack".....This is why we carry truck loads of balista and it is also why we need truck loads of food to feed them!.....Don't they see the perpetual problem this is causing?

    why should you be able to take over a ligh level npc, with 'ease' it has all the buildings already built for you..
    read the forums, people are still taking LVL10's
    you need to build your army more, and get help if you can do it by your self

    I do wish we could still farm, LVL6+ NPC with less losses
