Don't get me wrong, I don't object to them closing loopholes and exploits. I know a few exploits that I myself have never used were fixed. I'm fine with that. But I am NOT fine with the total and complete lack of ANY response to the repeated requests for merges, or the fact that extremely annoying and frustrating in game glitches that have been going on for months STILL haven't been fixed. Its a matter of priorities, and it tells me that being user friendly and responsive to user feedback is NOT Evony's priority.

I've taken one of my posts and quoted it here. There is about 100k players (or more/less) that play Evony frequently, and about 10 staff members. If each staff member would have to take care of each player, they would have to deal with 10,000 players per day, plus fix the bugs, and manage everything else. If you want them to be 'costumer friendly,' give them some money (such as 100k USD arounding) to pay for more staff members, but of course you won't give them free money.
