On Server 145 I lost my battler town at server maintenance and in it's place there stood a lovely level 5 NPC. I rush to my reports... Who Dunnit? No one did. No plunder reports zilch, nada, nothing! I mail my neighbor he says, "Hey mate it was here last night." I look at my reports again... Nope no plunder reports in fact, my first report on my list was my last attack report, a farm run from the day before.
This was October 17th of this year mates. So I do the clicky thing on that dear old "Contact Us" button and state my case. Ray responds with,Well I've only 1 town left a little level 3 that I was using to boost my resources with and to help generate more archers and scouts for my battle town. So, I build another town and settle in for the the wait but, common sense tells my that I only have 2 city slots so I had better ask if I can keep the second town and Tech support will delete it when they restore my first town.Ray ? This will be the third time I've asked for feedback on whats happening with my Lost city. This inadvertent removal of my Battle town is seriously affecting my game play. Your refusal to answer my question is beginning to become negligent in my expressed opinion. Please answer the question, when will you reinstate my town? Your glitch removed it or NPC'd it. So again some feedback instead of ignoring me?well now here it is finally November 13 and I try talking to the forum staff, I follow the directions as to how to get their help. I actually copied and pasted their little form to use when PM'ing them concerning these issues and not even a peep from them as to... Nothing. Well since November 1st Evony hasn't said a word, Not one. trouble tickets get deleted, or they get appended to an old and closed ticket, and I'm still with one town, So if they won't help perhaps you guys can.Ray ?
