is there any validity to the conspiricy theory of the New World Order? Why or WHy not? What exactly is the New World Order?

I think there is because alot of Presidents and political leaders have talked about the concept of a new world order. But i don't know about the whole illumanti thing....

George Bush the elder referred to the establishment of a new world order, but he meant it in terms of the collapse of communism and what seemed then to be a triumph of capitalist democracy. I do think it's notable that a President who was very much into secret society used that language, but sadly for the conspiracy theorists, I don't think his use of these words was a deliberate code or reference to the illuminati.

I think we are confusing a couple of conspiracy theories and some other factual information. The Illuminati is a name I have heard in other conspiracy theories some years ago but this is far more current and is now being discussed openly, as I said.

The greatest problem is a global central bank would become so powerful as to dictate policy to national governments and as such it would remove independence and destroy democracy. Idependent nations need to be free to manage their own internal affairs as they and the electorate see fit. If national governments have to rely upon one central bank for funding then that bank will also set policy which is no longer democratic but is indeed global tyrrany. National governments would become puppet governments that no matter who you elect, the policy remains the same. Sound familiar?
