Well used to send
90k arch 2k work 3k wars,scout 100 pike or sword & 1900 trans.

Works well losses usually in the 4-5k arch hero +275att
w/big hero @ 575att losses are 3-4k arch and some stragglers.
I have used this for a long time.

Now w/many thanks to "Markym" for experimenting and showing reports. I have dropped total amount of troops to:
1500 work/wars 2k scout & 80k arch w/same losses & will drop more arch for my bigger heroes working on 75k arch and lower.
