Hmm, I wonder if I'm the one who failed describing what I expected from you. I very blatantly stated I'd like to see intelligent ideas.

The above picture pretty much sums up the overall success of my FAILED thread. I haven't seen any good debates about anything intelligent. The most effort anybody put into proving anybody wrong was a single word correction. Bravo evony bravo.

First and foremost I think I need to apologize to you Japengo. I realize now that I quoted and commented on what you said in almost my whole post. My intention was not to criticize you personally but instead the thread as a whole. What I said was soley the intention of my game. I was proving why you where wrong in my response. In fact I found what you said to be quite entertaining. I am not directly insulting you on purpose, it is all in fun and games.

With that said, I see now that it was in fact my fault in that I must not have been specific enough about the rules. I didn't realize that in this forum one cannot use pictures to get their point across without confusing others. Next time I make a game I'll be sure to make it a point to format the rules in an 1.)2.)3.) layout.

While yes I used a lot of pictures in the initial post on this thread, it was not my intention to start a second lolcats thread. I'm not sure if it's because I'm the one that started with the pictures or if it's the fact that I am not a regular poster on this forum yet. I did not intend for my game turn into posting a funny picture every other thing that's said. Even though I have been entertained and pleased with most of these pitures, it has taken away from the seriousness of the game. Let me make myself clear: I never take anything just a little bit too seriously as you stated. Most of the time I go over board with my seriousness, but only when I'm not kidding.

I have not made a lot of quality posts, I mostly tend to stick in spam threads for the humor in 'em. I admit that my posts in this game have probably come across as if I had a bad tone, because even I can read it and get that. Though my tone was actually intended to be comical, because I was laughing out loud when I was reading the reply's. When I do actually take the time to write a 'quality' post, it doesn't help that by the time I'm finished writing it evony has already logged me out. Every time I click preview post to do a spell check, it makes me log back in and that erases what has taken me on average an hour or more to write. This has happened to me multiple times, even when I have selected "remember me". I have started copy and pasting my posts into a word document to ensure that I will not lose any information.

I can't take all the blame for the misunderstanding though. That is, from my point of view, others deserve fingers pointed at them also. I suppose in the off-topic section of a very active forum, I am expecting too much for a thread to stay on topic. You said it yourself: you understood what I suggested and promptly threw it out the window. I should have known by now that attention defict disorder plagued the posters of this section worse than those damn lul-wut pictures. Jeez, it must be really hard to pay attention to my words- while reading might I add- when I added multiple.... ooh look, a squirl.... pictures. So I have taken the courtesy to revise my original post for those of us who are a couple french fries short of a happy meal.

It has always tickled me pink to see somebody get verbally pwnd. So far, from what I've seen on bbs evony, people LOVE to prove when a thread is going to fail.

WARNING: This game is intended for intelligent, hard headed, know-it-alls and in no way condones the creation of internet hate.

What I'd like to see this game consist of is:

1.) A plethora of (pseudo)intelligent ideas, inventions, statements etc etc...
(I put pseudo here because I really wanted to leave it up to the poster if it's bs or not. It doesn't matter in a debate if the person is actually right or not, only if they can prove to somebody that they are)

2.) Followed by a supporting debate-based paragraph or two(or more!)

3.) And the reason the person above you deserves every bit of epic pwnage that is about to ensue upon them.

4.) The first person to reply to this thread, tell me how stupid my game is, make me aware of all the errors I made throughout my post, crack jokes about the alliteration that I used, tell me I used too many pictures, and what ever you do... prove me wrong.

5.) All of the forum rules apply, I don't want to see any heated arguments that escalate into hurtful posts. The point of the game is to convince the arrogant sob that he or she is wrong and that you are right.

6.) Above all- Have fun!

I, like Japengo, fully understood the point of the thread, but I sought instead to make that point nice and spherical. Its much more fun when threads are round, instead of pointy. You might poke your eye out if a thread has a good enough point after all.
