    Tyrants exist but they are in a laughable state, who respects North Korea? or the council of Tyrants in Iran? (insert any other 3rd world country)

    The masses have spoken, and a consistent majority has voted Nay (on both letting Conrad rule OT and stopping Dawnseeker from sabotaging polls).
