there are also MANY other ways to level up politics hero fast,but only if you're willing to lose troops,for example :

I.Attacking Level7 npc with 75k archers,3k warriors,2k scouts(losing layers,and 1k-2.5k archers. Gain about 430k experience and resources.

II.Attacking a Level10 NPC with warriors 3minutes after main rainbow(whatever you hit 10s with usually),you lose 10-25k warriors,and gain 400k-600k experience(just make sure you lose more warriors when troops regenerate 6min after main hit)

III.Attacking full Level10 NPC with 5k warriors every 6minutes,you lose all warriors and 5 hero loyalty,but gain 121K experience(methinks it's way faster than smacking ballistas and transporters with warriors into level5 npc)

IV.Attacking full Level10 NPC if your politics hero is at least 120 attack,use a war horn/ivory horn,and hit.You lose up to 7k archers and layers(with good techs),and gain 1.8million experience

V.Attacking Level10 NPC,with rainbow 3-6min(depending how much you want to lose) attack with full/medium/small rainbow 3-6min after main hit,you shouldn't be losing more than 1.5k archers,and well..I forgot about how much experience you get

(Full rainbow = whatever you send normally ; Medium rainbow = 40k-70k archers ; Small rainbow = 20k-40k archers or whatever you send when medal farming)

VI.Attacking valleys.

VII.Sending 100k warriors at Level7 and/or Level8 NPC(s)

I personally stick to sending 100k warriors to hit 3min after Level10 hit,or hitting Level10 NPC with 5k warriors every 6minutes,I think they're a very cheap way.
I believe there are still many other useful ways to level up a politics hero xD
