SS27 Retired ; s144 RetiredGoodbye, Evony Craze has officially passed, maybe I'll be back some day ..Word of the day is Kerfuffle
AgeII troops consume 50% the food that AgeI aTroops do... And then add in the 50% reduction for Facebooks Hungry no more and that means troops consume 25% AgeI Consumption totals..... And If ya have a vesta going that is 0 Troop upkeep
Troops Are actually easier to keep on AgeII I found.... Ya can keep about 2-3 mil Archers per food city without it going red without a vesta.....
So for your 1 Mil Archers in AgeI I can keep 4 Mil for the same food cost![]()
More even cause archers food went from 4 to 9, meaning with the free hungary no more buff, you can keep 4.5 times the archers in age II as Age I for the same food comp.
I only have 3 HH's, you think that would be enough to cap a 16?
Same post as the other guide... I just don't understand the Naked Pike.. From tests and sims i find a 156k wave with 100k pike 45k archers and a mix of Balista and Rams gives much better results.. than 156k pike by a long shot.
I know the resource cost and efficiency may not be great using balista and rams but its not like i'm asking the guys to produce a Full Balista wave so these troops and numbers are standard..
Its also easy to split these waves between a team..
Got my 16. Thanks for the help GE
We had been beating on an enemy 16 for a couple days and they ended up NPC'ing it earlier today. Afterwards, I scouted and it was pike/phract/ballistas. All the 16's on Na4 have been taken for a while and the last ones were pults. I never read anyone saying ballistas were back in the rotation.
Needless to say we went ahead and capped it with the ballistas tonight. Here is the final report from Moscow tonight.
