What I want to happen is to have EVERY tactic "counterable" by a couple other tactics. My goal isn't to create 1 tactic that is better than the rest, rather different options that will create a sense of strategy in a combat system that now seems to harbor none.
I have ideas for more I was doing it at work, I left early to work out lol
So a level 9 tactic is just a different strategy that's no better than any of the others. Just more options. It's not so much that 2 is counterable by 2 or 3 counterable by 3, it could be 9 is counterable by only 6 etc etc, once I get ideas for levels 1-10, you can all help me balance them out.
