What is the greatest accomplishment of humankind?

The wheel?
The internet?
The Wright brothers flight?
Agriculture? (We stopped hunting/gathering)

I'm mostly talking about inventions, but feel free to argue anything you like. I imagine Conrad would like argue the greatest accomplishment was the Roman Empire at it's peak.

For my money the greatest accomplishment is sanitation.
The single largest reduction in infant mortality rates occurred when midwives started washing their hands before. Nothing stopped the spread of disease in urban settings more than the introduction of gutters and sewers, so filth was not lying in the street anymore.

What do you think is humankind's greatest bragging right?
What is the best thing we've ever done?
