Very good points. I will adress this in three parts: With Economic, Military Power and what remains of them today. I will use Poland as an example, seing Poland and Hungary work similiar today anyway.
Well, Mongolia is much is poorer than Hungary and Poland. Poland is getting close to healing and becoming a first world country, with a GDP per capita of $18,700, compared to the per capita of $1,500 of Mongolia. That's about 12 times better. Majority of Mongolia's money comes from tourism and foreign investment, while Poland's economy is more centralized.
Poland's military prowess is not stunning, but it seems like it's been bless by the god of war compared to Mongolia. Mongolia's military is ill-equipped and very small in numbers, one of the smallest in the world. While Poland uses world approved military equipment and actually has more than a small militia.
Like I had said before, half of what used to be Mongolia is part of China. This is not the case of Hungary and Poland. Poland has actually increased in size after World War 1 and 2 and Hungary got independence after World War 1. It's funny that you mention that they were smashed, it's true they were. But the allies won in the end, so...? Mongolia couldn't even fight, they were pathetic. They were 100% useless. Were they even part of the War? You must remember that Mongolia was a communist too at one point.
I am eager for your response.![]()
