it seems a bit low and I feel it could turn yellow at any moment if a handfull of bad ratings come in... should we try and boost it up a bit?

How can you trust a site rating tool that sells itself to anyone with the cash to buy their favours? I know users can rate sites but really, it's just another Real Estate Institute/Association of Motor Traders/ Brotherhood of Online Blaggers type organisation. Pay your money and I'm sure you will get a good rating.
