One question I have is since you can scout with no hero, does leadership matter at all?

And in the FB section, penicillin gives a 30% (not 20%) increased heal rate based on what you're already getting, ie. 3% extra if you're getting a 10% and so on. It doesn't take into account the boost you get from the achievement. Think it might be helpful to put that in, I know a lot of people who've wondered why they only get 13% healing instead of 40% when they use one.

    EDIT:
About the enemy killing achievement increasing your % healed, it does so seperately from the one based on honour. You get the 5% added afterwards. It's not mentioned in the reports, but if you add up how many troops you're actually healing you'll find that is is added in there.
Good catch on the typo for penecilin, and thanks for the heads up on the enemy kill achievement

You are the one with this awesome guide so please correct me if I am wrong.
you are correct, but if you have decent layering, the cav will still not pass those layers and will still protect your archers. If ALL layers are clear, AND your ranged (Pults + Bally + Archers) dont have enough overkill to spread damage across bally/archer/pult layering the cav, then i can see how this can work
