raven this dream technique is not just something you master on the first few tries, it really is a state of mind your subconscious has to be aware that you are trying to "record" this in your memory, I dont do it very often because I get lazy and dont care, but if I am trying to remember a good dream session it can sometimes take a few days it isnt something that works on command right away but with time it could be.

    Wise words, Nest.

That gives me an idea though. There should totally be a dream recorder ... a machine that records and transmutes into full HD video whatever it is you were dreaming of. Hell, you might even be able to sell one good full-length dream to Hollywood and straight to the theaters!

...the best I can do with this is that if you change, it means you think people's perspective of you might be changing-so you being older in the dream can mean that you think or want people to see you as such. As far as the changes etc..a little more detail might help :P

I had a dream where polution had turned the seas green. there wasnt any land around but strangely there was a oil rig :P. I was just surfing these huge green waves with thousands of other random people. one of the few dreams i can remeber vividly.

If theres a meaning behind that well id be surpirsed haha.

The water in a dream is a symbol for your emotional state of mind. dreaming of pollution means you need to clear your mind. The ocean (Salty water) can many times symbolize tears, and dirty waves signify that you are bottling in some type of negative emotion. An unorganized crowd can mean that your worries are pressing in on you and stressing you out. To dream that you are surfing, can mimic the ups and downs of some emotional situation or relationship, where one second you feel in control of your emotions and the next minute you are not. The oil rig in your dream signifies your desire for things to go more smoothly-and the fact that the water is polluted (possibly by the oil) shows that there are negative emotions bc this is not happening. Basically, it seems like you might be going through something that is causing you a lot of negative emotions that might be stressing you out, but that you want to take control of.

7 year olds have emotions too andrelationships. just bc you were seven doesn't invalidate it. you could've quarreling with your besty over the good crayons :P
I used to hate it when someone broke all the crayons and I got stuck with them the next day when the crayons I gave back were in such good condition -.-
