Like i say,i tested evony server miantainance scan by botting and be online to out smart the scan...4 weeks plus and i am still botting in the new server, even when i report myself to evony for botting.

One more suggestion, have the server maintainance set at the direct opposite timezone of the usual regular server time of between 0215 -0315...try setting it at 1415 - 1515 server time instead,i think u can get more botters that way too...: )
The bots know when maintenance is and pause what they are doing.

Bullhym..was he in core? i remember at the start of server ss20 alot of those guys went inactive but left a nice amount of food and resources. If you could find them and kill the troops it was well worth it, unless someone undoes all your hard work by waiting for you to kill the troops and drop loyalty only to try and steal the city from under you *cough* reborn *cough*

There was a thread on this forum back when it was server 67 and then going onto ss20 about someone at the top botting,. the thread was created by another top 10 player, yet the person who was/is botting is now #1 on ss50 at the top of the prestige stats, and i dont think he got there from being banned.

So many of the people who use this software also use instant messaging programs like yahoo etc and then just send the files over that, so cutting out the websites wont do much.

There is a well known site that have evony's legal team on them for the second time, the first time they failed to shut the website down and within a month or 2 it was back up and this time they have filed the exact same case. So i dont think shutting down websites that host this software will work.
