heros stolen by evony

has anyboby lost heros while farming i have lvl385 attack 455 was nice of this hero to disapear when report shows the hero returning home i mail evony lmao must be by snail mail about hero still no reply . it would be nice to know how why and when evony says i want to take heros but hey atleast a enemy did not get it so there a plus side if this has happened to you did you get your hero back i wonder and i have report that show hero was sent home after attack

Did the march occur over maintenance time?
All sorts of bugs happen with marches during maintenance. The most common is that heros get no XP, but I have heard of heros and troops vanishing, too. I never march over maintenance unless there is no way it can be avoided. It's just too big of a risk.

it was not during mantiance was a hour befor it happen the battle report shows that the hero return all that were online in the alliance al saw that the hero was still in stats . when mantiance happen then the hero was gone from stats have played for nearly two years and evony you have won i will restart my account and leave the game bcs if you are going to misplace 1 hero in my feasting hall what about others evony are the cheets here we player lose out bcs all evony care about is the money not the players and i bet you i will get told by a mod or some one higher bcs of what i have just said or this thread will be shut down befor i get my hero back who wants to bet anyone it will prove i am right :P

Hopefully you've made a ticket with help spot. They normally replace heroes that have been lost this way.

Make sure you report the issue ingame and get a helpspot ticket....it is the only way. Several players have lost big heroes and got them back so there is hope.

Here is a link where Server 4's biggest hero vanished and i commend Rotor for keeping as calm as he did, and it took a week or so to get him back

Taking it out on Mods in the forum will NOT help your case pal. Stop the gratuitous insults and foul language. Try posting like someone with a modicum of education (get some help from a friend) and realize this place is not a bucket for you to vomit in.
