im sorry but in my opinion this is a terrible idea, and extremely unfair to the people that put in huge amounts of hours each day. The point of the game is that it is in real time...so something can happen to you any second of the day, if you cant be there to defend it, have troops that will cover you for the 3 hours youll be offline. If you cant manufacture that many troops or dont wanna farm or whatever...well try to stay out of the big dawgs way and not annoy them and maybe youll be safe.

yes it is for the top players that do play very many hours of the day....and they are deserving of being able to crush "social players" who log on once a day to send out farmers because they put in the work. Reggie Miller would spend hours upon hours everyday shooting 3s from all over the 3 point line to master his shooting ability. How do you think he would feel if someone could *give* another player his ability? I know this isnt a perfect analogy but it gets the point across-if you put in the time, you rightfully deserve to dominate.
