I would like to know how long does it take for Evony to create a response to someone who’s reported their account as being reset by an unknown entity. My account as well as another players account was reset by (very bored/mischievous) individual(s). I must admit I not only have the time aspect (as most do) but a significant financial contribution invested in my 2 year old account. For it to just be lost with no update at all or acknowledgment is getting quit taxing on my patience. Any pointers (other than submit another ticket in the help desk system) would be most appreciated.
