Yes, this LAAAAAAAG is not only troublesome but also unexcusable. You submit ticket after ticket and all they respond with is clear you cache. It cant possible be the cache since the whole server is reporting the same problem repeatably. Furthermore, right after the problem gets reported, the server crashes, get shut down ect..... Why not take the server down and fix it. Fix it right, and be done with it. Hmmm but there is no motivation for evony to do this since, we (as the customers) just purchase coins and put our account on holiday untill someone who isnt on holiday says the lag is cleared again. (or in this case minimized to where it is semi-managable) Does anyone know the real address to Evony. I am just wondering what laws or regulations they would fall under as they are a service provider in a sence. If the lack of Customer service continues I could possible see class action suit arrising for those who may have invested more than others. Just food for thought.
