    They close out the threads and ban you from the forums when you start evonybashing. There are reports of this all over the net. Evony knows there customer service sucks, denies server issues (clear your cache fix) - like clockwork is their responce. All the while we as the customers fall into the trap of wanting to protect our investiment and holiday our accounts (spend more money) which is what this outfit is in buissness for. (Dont pay attention the the "Free" sign at the door its just a image to entise you like the chick advertisments you see for Evony) The only way you get a responce from these folks is take your money back from them. Heck even that doesnt seem to be working anymore. I am still waiting for my account a month later.

    Hi,

    I see the "Enough is Enough" thread has been closed.

    Is there now a new thread where Evony staff updates us as to the progress with sorting out the problems on SS57?

    so the 15 minute maints are now taking 2 fkn hours... what the fk is going on. cant log on to play. cant play when we are on because of lag. no wonder everyone ( including myself ) are in holiday mode. it would help if the evony unsupport staff would be honest instead of how they answer and react to customers. there used to be a page you could go to in the early days that would show you the servers that were down. that page seems to have disappeared. wonder why???

    Way to many to update daily, I feel for the Mods, they are the NAME (OR FACE) for us in here and must be just as annoyed as us over these issues, Its a shame that someone from UPSTAIRS doesn't take our issues more seriously.

    My old Gran used to have a saying at times like this... "I pay the Piper, so play my tune" which means I am paying you to provide a service,trouble free so provide it.

    @Evony it would be nice to see an update on what you have done to fix the issues, I read that you upgraded the Hardware 2.5 months ago hoping that would help but nothing has changed, So whats next on the list for your IT Dept to look at?

    It cant be a player issue or a certain area issue as I have people from Scotland, England, France, US, Canada, Oz, Japan all with the same problems, Unless you class the World as the same Area.

    Thanks for any updates you can provide.

    i couldn't agree more and although I enjoy reading these threads, I don't see them lasting for long. Evony has a way of making things disappear if they don't like what they see...
    honesty has always been something that I have admired in people... in evony i dont believe it's in the vocabulary.
    i try to get on most days now... can't!!!! and NO it's not user error. it's supplier fk up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
