At my current job, We record our own hours on a piece of paper, add them up and submit them to the boss every two weeks. My last one i worked in a restaurant we had a thumb scan. Made me feel really secret agent when i would clock in/out Good times.

Clocking in for school seems obscene to me. Are teachers really getting so lazy and incompetent that they cant even take roll at the beginning of class?
