Ive been reading over this thread for a while and Id like to offer my 2 cents. To be honest putting a cap on the number of troops, or making it harder to defend player owned HCs (compared to normal cities) seems very unfair to the players who spent the time and troops to cap the city in the first place. Just as a regular city, a player owned HC can easily be broken by a player (or group of players) who know what they are doing. Usually the only difference from a reg city and a player owned HC in how its defended is that the HC usually has a lot more troops packed into it. That just means it takes more to break a city like that, it would make sense that you need to use more troops to kill 2 mil archers or 5 mil archers compared to 300k archers.

The problem that many players here have pointed out is account sharing, and speech text/comforting spamming. This is the main problem that needs to be addressed. I love the idea of having a cool down time for speech texts and maybe a bigger cool down time for comforting, and it can easily address this part of the issue. Account sharing, Im not so sure, but Im sure evony can think of something.
