Actually, studies say it doesn't have to do with the length of a man's fingers overall, so much as it has to do with the ratio of the length of the index finger to the ring finger. The longer the ring finger in relation to the index, the... ahh, you get where I'm going.

Btw, past the first 4 inches, it doesn't matter so much. Think width, not length
