wonder if we need to list the building levels also. We need to find the technology tree with requirments for the techs.. and start listing the building we have in the city that the attack comes from.

HBR is LVL 9 and no losses
yes it does depeond on what city you attack from. but as long as all of your cities have academy lvl 6+ then it makes no difference.
