    The Castellan also affects build times.

    With no research into construction I noticed the following:
    Hero: lvl 6 with Politics 67, Attack 22, Intelligence 18
    Cottage lvl 1 went from 1:15 build time to 0:53
    Cottage lvl 2 went from 2:30 build time to 1:47
    Cottage lvl 3 went from 5:00 build time to 3:43

    Here is the data on the 1st-5th levels that are missing from the above table for those interested.

    Was hoping to finish this, but server 1 is down so I could only do the simple ones.

    When Researching Construction It Help Out So Much Espiacly When You Can Reduce 3hr Town Hall Upgrade To Only 1 Hr . Now Thats A WRAP

    The 10% reduction from Construction research does not add.
    It reduces from the previous amount each level.

    Level 1 - new build time is 90% of the base time.
    Level 2 - new build time is 81% of the base time.
    Level 3 - new build time is 73% of the base time.
    Level 4 - new build time is 66% of the base time.
    Level 5 - new build time is 59% of the base time.
    Level 6 - new build time is 53% of the base time.
    Level 7 - new build time is 48% of the base time.
    Level 8 - new build time is 43% of the base time.
    Level 9 - new build time is 39% of the base time.

    Additionally the Castellan does have an effect on build times.
    I believe it is the politics that make a change, but I do not currently have an equation for that.

    My data corroborates with U.N. so far.

    Times are:

    Farm Level 1 Level 2
    Time: 30s 1m

    Sawmill Level 1 Level 2 Level 3 Level 4
    Time: 45s 3m 6m

    QuarryLevel 1 Level 2 Level 3
    Time: 1m 4m

    Iron Mine Level 1 Level 2 Level 3
    Time: 1m 30s 3m 6m

    I'm sure my missing times will be filled in by some industrious soul before I build on a new resource field.

    I agree with that finding.
    For those that don't undertand it, here is a simple tidbit.

    A Lv10 resource will costs 512x a lvl1 resource, but only produce 10x the produce.

    I.e. TIP: make more low level resources rather than few high level ones.
