    Default Evony Customer Service needs to be addressed

    I have been trying to get in touch with you guys for over a month now. By phone, by making tickets, by messaging Dawnseeker on this forum.

    It is absolutely ridiculous that after spending over 5k on an account there is nobody to address a problem to. My account got hacked and reset. WHO DO I NEED TO TALK TO? ...before taking legal action that is.

    Why not, I might as well sue and waste my time that way, since I am wasting my time trying to get to you guys.

    Ridiculous lack of respect for your customers.

    When you say it got hacked, did you ever give your user info to anyone? If you did, then you don't have a case. If you didn't, did you include all the relevant information like ticket numbers when you contacted Dawnseeker?

    Used to be able to call and talk to a friendly voice. I had gotten a ban once for money transfer not going through, although it did in reality. All I had to do is pick up the phone, go over the bank transaction ID with a friendly supervisor and voila! it had been done!

    I did not share passwords, but I had the game opened anywhere I had wifi. Since it was on my laptop password was saved there, and one faithful day when I tried to log on ..zero! All was gone.

    So, again, I am not good with getting lost in paperwork. Who can I contact about this?

    We've never provided phone support. It's too expensive and isn't necessary since we use a browser-based client. A link to our online support is in my signature. If your ticket is not being answered for some reason, you can send me a PM with your ticket # and information and I can take a look at it. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service, so if thats not happening we want to know.

    If the people calling the customer service line were anything like the people that come on the forums to complain or the people that scream on WC about their horrid gaming experience, I wouldn't have a customer service phone line either.

    So true....I think they'll have to have a counselor on standby 24/7.

    See if they has customer service they would not have enraged customers. It's a vicious circle of thier own making.
