I guess suspending me for a day changed me...NOT
Ardee, you will be missed.
sure there was... i talked to this one once b4...
Snuggles was very hard to understand over the phone...
Anyway, to the point of OP, the only way anyone could have hacked into your acct is if you gave out the info, otherwise the chance of someone hacking in without ever knowing your info is like .0000000001% chance, which is like impossible...
well if you didnt protect your computer well enough then you didnt really cared in the first place. there are ways to prevent saved infos on shared computers, most shared computers dont allow saved password or infos for privacy reasons.
what are the chance of passing someone you dont know at all and play evony as you do on the same computer or network?
it could happens but highly doubtful of that.

maybe your security pass should of been differnt then your login pass
its so funny how ppl use one password for both and if the person with your account info reset you too bad i have no sympathy for account sharers as you all do this to avoid losing citys and its not right so all i got to say is right on for whoever reset you if this happens enough maybe then ppl will quit sharing login info
go resetters![]()
I have had issues not being able to recieve mail from my host for almost 2 months now i have sent tickets and messages and all I get is we know this is a problem . its still not fixed . Do you know how hard it is to be a vh and not be able to recieve mail from the host unless shes doing a group mail.
Hi All,
I believe that the volunteer moderators are doing a great job for the community here, given the limited resources at their disposal in trying to help keep the forums here a positive experience where players can go to for help, sharing their success and just generally having a good time. The topic of this was to alert us that a user was having some issues on his helpspot tickets; it was not a thread about moderators, and so I have removed those posts. Please keep it to topic.
When we launched Evony: Age I, our customer service was something to be improved upon. With the launch of Evony: Age II, we have the feedback site so game suggestions and questions to the company can be answered in a public and transparent place, the helpspot tool so that players can submit support tickets and see their issues being dealt with, and we regularly grab feedback on the game or adjustments.
Overall, I would say that our goal to provide transparency and service to our playerbase has greatly improved. I won't say it is perfect.
Snipes to volunteers isn't appropriate, so if you do have issues with a volunteer, please contact Dawnseeker who handles community management. If you have issues on your customer service tickets, open your ticket and put a new comment into it but don't make five more tickets as again we answer tickets in the order and priority that they come in, and alert us in a manner on the forums if your ticket is two months old, of course we want to fix your issue but don't blast with guns a'blazing. DO be a positive presence in the community and help your fellow players out, and most importantly, have fun!
