    I don't typically post on the forums but this problem logging in and the lag issues are detrimental to our game play. Two days of our server having these issues during the same time frame hurt the players who typically farm during those times. Evony needs to stop the food bill from dwindling fast! They provide a service and are aware of this problem, thus meaning they are not providing the same standard of service and per the quote below refusing to compentate or stop the clock on the production. This is not good for business for them or any subsidiary business they run.

    We are aware of the issues with latency on SS57. We are currently working to resolve this as quickly as possible. As this issue affects all player equally we will not be providing any reimbursements. We fixed the hardware issue yesterday as well as added additional hardware to the server to reduce any latency issues. Apparently there is another issue.

    Thanks for bearing with us, the server should be working correctly shortly!

    So therefore Thantium, the above statement you made is not true, these problems occurring at the same time are hurting the players to typically farm at those times, costing us millions and billions in food not to mention the inability to heal losses from level 10 farming (stated 2 times on purpose). Please provide true customer server soon, as the service is not what is proposed in your terms of service and as a cash player, that increasingly concerns me!

    PS Evony: Refuge leads to riots, riots lead to hero's running away. We all have either tons of work or tons of money put into these hero's. To be fair, a hold on the food while the problem is sorted will not hurt but show your addicted customers that you are willing to help your devoted customers while you sort out the problem.

    The small village in Libya where Evony is located has been overrun by Gahdafi supporters. They have taken all the keyboards and monitor cables. The Evony staff is working as hard as they can under the circumstances. Please continue to be patient. Please follow the lighted path to the nearest emergency exit.

    I agree. A couple of days no upkeep would go a long way to pleasing people a little.

    This server has been nothing but trouble and annoyances since ss57 was started. This is the tip of the ice berg and I know everyone on ss57 is annoyed, and upset about all the issues. If the server is already down, they should take the time to fix all the other issues with the server, upgrade it or something. I know I am sick of the lag, the issues with reports, the server going down, the hour to two hour long maintenance times, the inactive accounts all over the server.. etc etc etc ack.

    Also, I did forget to mention, there are people refuging, which typically leads to riots and your hero's going on vacations never to return that we did spend money or hard work on building.

    Hey everyone. The server team believe they have fixed the issue and have restarted the server for the changes to take effect. Thanks for hanging in there.

    I don't come post here often. I'm fairly disappointed as to the extent of the message. Not exactly warms the cockles of my heart. "With hanging in there", I'm a paying customer. I'd appreciate a touch more from customer service. Considering this wasn't just a 1 hour hiccup but a multi day fiasco.

    I totally agree Hun, they cant just say thanks for hanging in there and think everything is fine. Lags been crazy (and doubt its even fixed), We have barely done anything in 2 days cause of all the issues, plus the people that looted that food city still have the bazillions of food that they looted. They need to get things together and fix both these issues.

    Ok, just got done talking to the server team lead.

    ss57 will be coming down at 00:00 server, and should be back up by 04:00 server. We're going to be performing some physical maintenance, and the server should be good to go when it comes back up.

    When it is back up there will be 0 upkeep until next maintenance.
