I don't typically post on the forums but this problem logging in and the lag issues are detrimental to our game play. Two days of our server having these issues during the same time frame hurt the players who typically farm during those times. Evony needs to stop the food bill from dwindling fast! They provide a service and are aware of this problem, thus meaning they are not providing the same standard of service and per the quote below refusing to compentate or stop the clock on the production. This is not good for business for them or any subsidiary business they run.

We are aware of the issues with latency on SS57. We are currently working to resolve this as quickly as possible. As this issue affects all player equally we will not be providing any reimbursements. We fixed the hardware issue yesterday as well as added additional hardware to the server to reduce any latency issues. Apparently there is another issue.

So therefore Thantium, the above statement you made is not true, these problems occurring at the same time are hurting the players to typically farm at those times, costing us millions and billions in food not to mention the inability to heal losses from level 10 farming (stated 2 times on purpose). Please provide true customer server soon, as the service is not what is proposed in your terms of service and as a cash player, that increasingly concerns me!
PS Evony: Refuge leads to riots, riots lead to hero's running away. We all have either tons of work or tons of money put into these hero's. To be fair, a hold on the food while the problem is sorted will not hurt but show your addicted customers that you are willing to help your devoted customers while you sort out the problem.
