    As a small business owner, sometimes my employees promise things to my customers that i really dont like, but since they speak for my company, I am bound to honor the agreements they made.

    Is Evony going to do the same with the food upkeep buff?

    Its bad enough that they ignore the many problems that seem to occur on this server, both player made and Evony made, but these last few days it seems like a ridiculous way to run a business...

    ...and an even more ridiculous way for me to spend my time and money.

    so what is being done about 2 days of the game being down and the extended down time? We were told there would be no upkeep.

    hehe... I'm glad at least I could point the post out to ppl so they CAN demand that free upkeep that was promised :P I had a 50% hunch it was gonna be skipped in the whole scheme. Lets see if they can keep that promise lol.

    Sorry about that, it looks like I got my wires crossed. The free upkeep will begin at the next maintenance and last for about 24 hours.

    ok now i'm getting P!ssed off.

    First i wake up this morning expecting no upkeep, to find my food counts still VERY red. In fact, i'd lost food consumed during the entire maint period based on the numbers that i saw.


    Now because i have to travel for business tomorrow and have planned to put my account into holiday, will i be able to expect a free day of no food on my return? or am i going to get shafted AGAIN and pay for free food when its suppposed to be free anyway? This is going by the giant assumption that evony is actually going to follow through and deliver us the no upkeep they have now promised us TWICE in the last 48 hours!


    I PM'ed davemata about it earlier today while providing a screenshot of our not-so-'free' upkeep post maint, and i'm announcing publicly now, but add me to the list of players who are putting their credit card away. I have some game-cents saved up, but i will NOT spend another d@mn red penny on buying more game-cents untill ya'll get your poop in a group. When they're gone they're gone, so i hope you've enjoyed my money evony. Hopefully this will contribute to getting the attention of the powers that be to resolve some of the issues w/ ss57.

    From one business owner to another, ya'll ought to be ashamed of yourselves. Keep treating your paying customers like this and i'm sure more will follow suit with those of us who used to spend and now refuse to pay for your "Free" product.

    congratulations you have really outdone yourselves this time.
