I'd have to agree with you. Communication down through the ranks to members is important but not really needed to be done by the host.

The host lives in pink, for the most part. LOL

Many hosts are different, and not every one of them has to be the same. Therefore I see no reason in creating a thread stating how to be a good host when there are many ways to do such thing.

On any server, we see alliance crumble ALL the time.
From either:

• Incapable hosts
• People who the host has promoted, who are either incapable themselves, or are spies
• The alliance full of noobs and unexperienced players, as the host was a prestige sniffing recruiter.
• And etc etc etc...

You forgot the MOST important ones
* Zerging
* Carebearing
* Treehuggingness
* Blue Screen of Death
* Alliance just suked

yes to many rules is bad ad host needs to know what is goin on with the state and other alliances if ur out of touch with what is goin on and ur members r suprised to much thell def leave
