    Based on what I have seen happen on SS60, it seems to me that the problem is database related. That could be anything from a fragmented index to drive problems to network congestion on the internal LAN between the game server(s) and the database server(s).

    Blaming the customer is not going to fix the issue. Sarcastic responses to customers that are having problems and are very frustrated at the lack of attention vs. what the problem deserves is not going to be helpful either.

    Suggestion to the company: If you lack the expertise in-house to work on the problem, consider contacting members of a Distributed Computing project. They have to deal with these kinds of large database / high performance situations, so they may be able to offer advice.

    will you so friendly and do something on the preformance of our server SS60.

    i not funny anymore to play like this.

    on other suggestion is throw all the bots player out of the ganme.

    and at last, try to listen to your player (customers) and stop sending automatic reply's.

    on s149 it took me 10 mins to open an scout report about 10 mins after maintenance

    Im sorry but there was no need for your sarcastic reaction. people are genuinely and understandably upset and frustrated at the problems and as customer service are mere robots the only way people can express this is to come here.
    You have added to the frustration felt by these people and not helped in any way.

    come on evony humor us with a response. we all want compensation too. a loaded package with excals, ports, 10 vestas atleast and some coin to make up for all the loss weve endured due to evony not backing up their stolen product. you can go ahead and close this thread but people arent going to stop until u treat us fairly. we want validation and compensation for this bs. man up, step up to the plate. be responsible for your product.

    He wasn't 'asking for help'. He was basically saying, all super servers were down, all the time, everywhere, in a sarcastic manner. So, I replied he was wrong, with just as much sarcasm. If he was asking for help with that post, mine, which was specifically directed at him, would not have looked anything like that. Sarcasm in, sarcasm out.

    Oh no, ss47 has major latency/lag problems around ammy time. Apparently so does ss38. And I completely understand that ss60 is and has been having problems. But as I said to the person above, I was only specifically replying to that one person. He directed a sarcastic response at me, I gave one back.

    I have found occasionally that

    Log Off Log On
    Pause between each mouse click, never click while hourglass or clock is running
    3 or 4 seconds seems to work better but once the clock starts it is log off log on

    now as your job as mod aint you suppose to be the bigger person and not snip back at ppl and treat people with respect i think you need to reread the forum rules if you cant treat people with respect no matter how they are i think you need to step down as a forum moderator as you are then unable to do your job
