I have had the toolbar up before maintance and then removed it. I am still unable to log into my account. I open my account and then I click on the server and nothing comes up (just an error with loading page). Wondering if the tool bar caused it, or the problem is somewhere else, but after almost 7hours it is getting frustrating
Um ive not gotten my coins on any of the servers the tool bar pops on nor any bonus's and the browser displays the wrong server account im using at that time. Help anybody other than that I have to give my first kudo's to Dawn and evony atleast there trying. Now we just need avatar pic changes and will be fine lol.
I use IE 9 and it will not let me download, tells me that it does not support IE

If there had be a technologist and business analyst that had done things like, oh examine what browsers players are using by the version info queries, etc, then they would have known that there would be a number of users alienated, and then either scrapped the project or found a vendor that met the scope of the project.
As it stands, I'm impressed with some of the development staff, but very unimpressed by the project management of Evony. Feels like they are the hundred monkeys trying to write Shakespeare on typewriters.
Actually, it is Evony's fault for choosing them as their partner and vendor. Evony did not have to use Conduit, they could have partnered with a vendor that has a better repitoire.
A normal end user will have very little clout complaining to a development house like Conduit, it is usually through leveraged pressure from a partner (say Evony) that would get them motivated. Conduit does not care what >my< experience is, if it is no way shape or form alters the partnership with their big customer-- -who we are not Conduits customer here, Evony is, and then we a customer of Evony.
I've worked on development teams both with games and applications, I've done internal support and I am a certified project manager. I know of whence I speak here.
Its unfortunate, Acer, that as an upaid volunteer you take the hits on this, as really, this is something that should be taken care of by paid frontline support that would report back some metrics. I truly empathize with your position and your inability to change things. However, that does not excuse the development staff and its lack of situational and systems analysis.
I installed it the tool bar last night. I still have yet to receive my install bonus. Along with today's bonus as well.
Was hoping this would be something Evony produced that wasn't glitchy.. but I guess that's just a dream.
