Come on Dawn, this is a serious deterent to spend.
I have people offering me their 1k heros for money with the merger coming. I would much rather spend 300$ on coins and get ports to get some crap started instead of buying a hero of a botter that pumped it up.
Seriously now, server merger near and I have no top hero for months now. As I said, don't know if this is my jinx year or something, at least you guys came through with restoring my account, get me my hero back as well please.
The moral of this story is to never send troops out during or around maintenance time.
guthrum maybe post your support tickets on here, show them how many you have created - including the dates that they were created... maybe that way you'll get more of a response?

Seriously? If this game was "free" I'd understand the indolence and delayed responses from the service team, but come on! It's stupid that it's actually cheaper to buy the hero of a botter, than spend the money on the hero and raise him yourself. It was my main hero, 1k with excal... raised him since s112... at a rate of 1 package monthly, sometimes two.
Now, especially after my account got restored, I thought there we go, Evony really cares about its customers sometimes, but this?!? You are playing with my money here guys: I lost 30+ excals I had on Slayer, all the money I put into it, this is ridiculous.
I went and I started on 151 too out of pure boredom, spent some there as well, but damnit, I want my hero back. How many ****en tickets do I need to open for a stupid thing to be taken care of.

I am a friend of the person who lost his hero, it is sad to honestly know what he has been going through trying to get him back with no help in sight. Dawnseeker I know its not hard to check into something, in a world where people are losing their jobs you to have a job that deals with a gaming community, people arent asking you to save lives, just fix what you guys messed up. Take a little pride, maybe all of these reports against evony will come to pass, until then I am sorry to say the customer service sucks, most people will have the heart to admit when wrong, fix the problem yet for weeks servers have been laggy, we cant read reports, people are losing heros, and nothing is done on your part. I knew I could Lose heros to attacks that I lost, but not to server maint.

This whole thing is a bunch of BS on evony's part. I'm sure its not that hard to give this guy his damn hero back. He's a paying player and demands a response at least from a real person!
