Yeah, I don't think protecting a "precious commodity" such as a hero is a good answer. It reduces benefit from attacking.

Another thing to consider is that with automated systems two people playing from the same machine, even if they are different people will come out as a positive hit for a multi-account. It's a challenge we need to address. There isn't a single one of us in the company that want to prevent family members from playing together.
