The thing is though, disagreements need to be allowed to happen, so long as they don't turn into profanity or ad hominim type stuff. There is a history in place here though that disagreements are often shut down when those with the authority to close discussions do so because they've grown tired of the discussion. That just creates more distrust of / disdain for the company. It's a vicious cycle that can really only be broken by those with the power to shut conversations down taking a different approach - policing subjects for people cussing or belittling others, but allowing discourse to continue so long as it is civil.
