it would be a good idea, but it does cost money, a considerable amount of money and time to gather alot of evidence, to which only the lawyer will gain. What best time to be a lawyer.

Let's say Evony win, a new players will take its places and the cycle continues, much the same as what sony is going through with dvd copy rights. They have shut down several softwares, and many new one that works around the lopehole takes their place. Each suit will cause money to which it may see little return if ever.

These players who creat software cheat does so for numerous reason, some for vedettas, money, a name for themselve and challenge.

If the bots creator has alot of money behind them, then it is worth a shot, and it would make a good example.
