You only did it two days ago?!
A) Give customer support some time to get back to you, I think Dawnseeker put on here that you shouldn't mail him until it's been about 5 days.
B) Think about it, customer service gets plenty of tickets daily, it may take a couple of days for a response. Be a little reasonable.
I waited a whole month to bring my issue to the help section of the forums at all - and that was with 3 tickets spaced out.
Then I waited a whole month on top of that after getting no reply from Dawnseeker and submitting another ticket to the CS in which it was essentially ignored. Then when I brought it to the forums with the proof of the waiting and the tickets (screen shots of them) I did get helped.
Overall, I'm just saying have a little patience and don't bring everything to the forums after only a few days of waiting. People will just think your impatient that way.
