I waited a whole month to bring my issue to the help section of the forums at all - and that was with 3 tickets spaced out.
Then I waited a whole month on top of that after getting no reply from Dawnseeker and submitting another ticket to the CS in which it was essentially ignored. Then when I brought it to the forums with the proof of the waiting and the tickets (screen shots of them) I did get helped.

Overall, I'm just saying have a little patience and don't bring everything to the forums after only a few days of waiting. People will just think your impatient that way.

I think i know why he cannot wait, it might be, because he is very competative. I won't comment on the issue if he did or not cheated it is a very sensative issue and it is none of my business, but I do feel for players who are competative. Each day they lose is a few level of extra catching up with their hero levels. In addition to that, they may lose some or all of their valleys and may already be at a lower level.

Another real reason is that they may return to a weaken city that may already have a well prepared player waiting to hit, while this is unlikely, it does cause anxiety.

I hope their issue do get resolve, soon.
