Yeah i know alot of people in this game who are competitive. Doesn't mean the system can work any faster. Derek if it's been longer then 3 days - how long did the e-mail say it was going to take, I'm assuming they gave you a time frame. However just saying you are no longer going to be a paying customer isn't going to get you anywhere, btw i just noticed you slightly hi-jacked this thread as the OP wasn't started by you but as it's about suspension I guess it does fall into the same parameters.

As it is, with customer service it has now only been three days and I'm sure they've sent something to you even if it is just an automated response. If you don't get a response from a human send another ticket, make sure it's polite and refer to your previous ticket number and keep trying...
